North London Business is proud to represent the agency community of the area and is working hard to help it grow. The Boroughs are committed to working with us to ensure North London really is an area of opportunity for the property industry.
The area is served well by the agency industry and NLB has links with around 200 agents operating throughout the area.
North London Business has a particular focus on supporting agents as a way of facilitating inward investment, business growth, creating employment opportunities for local residents and bringing infrastructure changes to the area. These services have been provided for free with voluntary contributions sought for sponsorship opportunities for events like MIPIM, Property conferences etc.
The North London Commercial Agents Network is a new membership group of agents with an interest in the North London area. Funded by annual membership subscriptions, NLB will continue to provide services to its members that were previously funded by the government, as well as some new services.
NLB will raise an agencys profile, investing in the Network through targeted marketing and promotion of members regionally as well as providing unique networking opportunities.
You will benefit from North London Business’ expertise in property and inward investment, high profile contacts and strong partnerships with the boroughs and Greater London Authority, as well as its position as official partner for London & Partners (newly established successor to Think London, the foreign inward investment agency supported by London First).
This referral service means you will be the first point of contact for all our property enquiries we receive via our website and links through from all our Council websites. Having been running successfully for almost a year, we now have the following members on board:
