Enterprise Broker Services based in Barnet rank 31st in 2007's Fastest Growing Companies, published by 'The Sunday Times'.
Enterprise Broker Services acts as a mortgage distributor for a panel of lenders, providing 8,500 brokers with specialist mortgages and the tools to compare them and market them to borrowers. Revenue comes from fees paid by the lenders and administration fees paid by borrowers. Sales have grown 101% a year from £921,000 in 2003 to £7.5m in 2006. Founder Michael Clapper also runs loan broker Enterprise Finance, and Enterprise Debt Solutions, and the three firms now form the Enterprise Group.
