North London Property Linx

 

North London Business is responsible for inward investment and investor development and is funded by the LDA and the Boroughs. We also carry out private sector work.

Our key focus is the property sector and we support most major schemes going forward in the area. North London Business has been running a series of major property conferences aiming to attract investment in infrastructure, residential and mixed used developments giving Boroughs the opportunity to profile themselves to the investment community.

We started off the series with a sub-regional focus and followed that with 3 events which were led by Enfield, Haringey and Hackney respectively. We deferred the Spring 2009 event due to market conditions and subsequently held the latest one in October 2009 with a focus on Waltham Forest.

Our Property Linx conferences attract 200-350 delegates largely consisting of property professionals including developers, agents, and landowners.

North London Business is pleased to announce the next Property Linx conference will be held in June 2010 with a focus on Redbridge.

In 2010 North London Business is planning to expand the conference to include an "Agents, Consultants and Contractors" corner.

North London actively seeks sponsorship for Property Linx and packages are available for 2010 and start at £1,000.
